Private Pilates
As a Level 3 Advanced Mat Pilates Instructor, I provide private sessions that are fully customized to your specific needs, offering one-on-one attention to help you progress at your own pace.
Designed for you, these sessions can be as slow and steady or as sweaty as you like - depending on the style of workout you're after and what goals you have for your body and mind.
Perfect for those looking to learn more about their body, work towards personal strength and mobility goals, recovering from an injury and following physiotherapy, or those who simply have busy schedules and need the flexibility of private sessions, the Move Train Eat Private sessions can be enjoyed on their own, or as part of the Nutrition Coaching ‘Everything’ package.
Pre & Post Natal
With a specialist qualification in Pre and Post Natal Pilates and Group Fitness, and with a passion to help women stay fit and pain-free during one of the most important times in their lives, Mandy offers private pregnancy and post-natal Pilates too. From your body preparing for birth in pregnancy, to it recovering while you care for a newborn, Mandy can support you in staying mentally and physically strong. Mandy welcomes you to bring your baby along to the private post-natal sessions and watch them light up (or sleep soundly) as you move your body and re-claim your strength!
