Move Train Eat provides private sessions that are fully customized to your specific needs, offering one-on-one attention to help you progress at your own pace. 

 

Designed for you, these sessions can be as slow and steady or as sweaty as you like - depending on the style of workout you're after and what goals you have for your body and mind. 

 

Perfect for those looking to learn more about their body, work towards personal strength and mobility goals, recovering from an injury and following physiotherapy, or those who simply have busy schedules and need the flexibility of private sessions.

Availability: We generally have availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and weekend mornings.
