What Is The Challenge?
It’s a safe and effective challenge that will see you complete daily Pilates workouts – improving your movement, stiffness and strength – across the month of January.
-
Week 1: On 3rd January, you’ll receive three short Pilates workout videos for you to complete in your own time across the week. This will lay the foundations for breathwork, concentration, control, neutral body alignment and awareness – what we call the ‘fundamentals’ of Pilates. We start gentle and sensible, as week one after the holidays can be a bit overwhelming!
-
Weeks 2-4: From 10th January, we commit to 21 days of movement together. Each morning between 6-8am, there will be a live Pilates class (25-35 mins). If this is too early (!) – you’ll receive your own recording to do the workout in your own time later that day. The workouts will cover mobility, stretching and strengthening, helping you build on your practice through a varied approach.
