Meet Your Nutrition Coach

I’m Mandy, here to help you reach your nutrition and weight goals sensibly and with support. I started Move Train Eat with a simple goal - to help others move more and eat better – and I’ve loved every single second of it! Being a former London PR girl, and now a mum of two running her own business, I specialise in helping those with super-busy lives who struggle to find the time to take care of themselves. 

I know how hard it can be to find time to take care of yourself – never mind working out ‘macros’, meal planning and making enough of a change to lose weight. I’m here to take the pressure away and show you what to do, how to do to it – and cheer you on as you go! 

The Move Train Eat method offers a safe space to talk about your lifestyle and the challenges you face. The personalised method will teach you how to fuel your body for your individual lifestyle, how to achieve your goal through tracking what you eat and drink, and how to effectively plan your week so you feel in control – even on a tight time schedule or with little people at your feet!

With experience and certification across nutrition, weight management and multiple forms of movement, plus a partnership with a Sports Nutritionist and chef, Move Train Eat offers family friendly recipes, individual food plans, and packages with one to one Pilates too!
