Welcome to the club

I’m Mandy, here to help you reach your nutrition and weight goals sensibly and with support. I started Move Train Eat with a simple goal - to help others move more and eat better – and I’ve loved every single second of it! Being a former London PR girl, and now a mum of two running her own business, I specialise in helping those with super-busy lives who struggle to find the time to take care of themselves. 

 

I know how hard it can be to find time to take care of yourself – never mind working out ‘macros’, meal planning and making enough of a change to move the dial. I’m here to take the pressure away and show you what to do, how to do to it – and cheer you on as you go! 

 

The Move Train EAT Club puts nutrition and healthy habits first. We want to help you crack the ‘food bit’ and then the rest will come. Nutrition counts for 80% of your body change results – we want to help you give it the attention it deserves.

 

With your club membership you will receive:

  • A personal calorie and macronutrition plan built in line with your goals and lifestyle

  • An upfront food and lifestyle analysis looking at the foods you like, the places you eat out, your working hours and your family commitments – to ensure we are building success around this

  • A safe space to talk about the challenges you face with your personal coach through check-in online forms and chats

  • A fresh method that will teach you how to fuel your body – *sadly* you won’t need us forever, and we want to make sure you’re confident in continuing your healthy relationship with food after we part ways

  • Suggested (but optional) meal plans, plus access to 150+ Move Train Eat recipes, created in partnership with a Chef and Sports Nutritionist

 

Accountability

We know this is a must for anyone looking to change their habits! Once you get started, your coach will monitor your food intake through the Club app, and every two weeks you will receive a ‘check-in’ form to tell us how you’re doing, how you’re finding things and any challenges you’re facing. This ‘check-in’ will happen via the app messenger.

 

Club Community

You’ll have the option to join a community group with like-minded people who have the same lifestyle and goals as you!

Everything in the standard membership, PLUS:

  • Initial movement and postural analysis consultation 

  • 1-3 55 mins Private Pilates or Exercise to Music Sessions per week

  • Discounted access to online classes and events

  • Regular check-ins to assess workout preferences, body niggles and changes and music preferences 

  • Mobility and Flexibility training 

  • Weekly body check-ins and bi-weekly nutrition check-ins to keep you on track

  • Ongoing contact and support with an experienced and understanding coach
