I’m Mandy Thomson Easton – and I’m here to help you discover your best self through moving more and eating better. Whether you’re interested in private Pilates, group strength classes or one to one nutrition coaching, I’m here to guide you towards a healthier and happier lifestyle and empower you to change your life!

A mum-of-one and former London PR-girl, I know the struggle of 'burn out' and 'juggling it all' very well. I’ve worked with people in their 60s who've never focused on their diet before, CEOs and MDs in their 50s who need to fuel busy jobs and hectic travel schedules, Dads who feel they have no time and no control over what they eat and mums in their 20s and 30s who are trying to take care of everyone else – and struggling to find themselves again.

Private Pilates, incl Pre and Post Natal

Available online, in Jordanhill or in the City Centre, Mandy offers private Mat Pilates sessions for all levels and ages. Mandy is also qualified in Pre-and Post Natal Group Exercise and Mat Pilates and offers ‘Mummy and Baby’ sessions in Jordanhill, where you can bring your little one along whilst you focus on yourself!

Nutrition and Coaching

Online or in person, this coaching will help you change your eating habits once and for all. Whether the goal is weight loss, weight maintenance or to learn more, Mandy’s method offers bespoke plans and lifestyle advice, access to hundreds of family-friendly recipes, flexible check-ins and ongoing support and accountability – so you don’t feel like you’re in it alone! Pilates Classes

At a time and place that suits you, the Move Train Eat classes take place in person in Glasgow City Centre and online - through Zoom. A mix of Beginner and Intermediate Mat Pilates and Lower Body and Core Strength exercise - the classes offer a dynamic range of movement with something for everyone.

I have loved every class with Mandy - she is a fab instructor, who really takes the time to understand your goals etc. Every pilates session has been diverse, motivating and fun. Mandy has also been super flexible too with the class times/dates. I would 100% recommend.
